Returns & Exchanges

- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Processing Time
- All returns and exchanges are subject to a 2 to 7 business day processing time once received and inspected.
Refund Policy
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Instead, customers are eligible for product exchange of equal value or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
